deploy is an immutable revision of the agent’s function. versions lists each one, the active one marked, with the project’s git short SHA at the time when the project is a git repository, so that a revision can be traced to the commit it was shipped from. The note is that SHA, manual when the project was not in a git repository, and — for a revision this CLI did not ship. A ship the platform lists without a revision id appears as (none) with its failure stage and reason; the BUILD and DEPLOY columns carry each revision’s status.
The list is the platform’s; agent.json records the active revision and a note per revision this CLI shipped under deployed, and status shows which one is serving. The platform refuses rollback today for every agent this CLI deploys, so the way back to an earlier revision is to check out its commit and deploy again.
