Standalone text-to-speech and speech-to-text are priced separately from the Voice AI engine bundle. Confirm the engine, model, and billing unit on the text-to-speech pricing page or the relevant product pricing page; do not apply a single voice rate to every API surface.
Plans, discounts, and trial usage
Pay-as-you-go and committed-use options depend on the product. For example, Voice AI pricing lists pay-as-you-go, committed, and enterprise options; SIP trunking pricing offers discounts in exchange for monthly commitments. Contact sales for contract terms. Check current signup requirements and account restrictions before relying on trial credit. Trial credit is not a general nonbillable sandbox.
