• The token is one frozen object per Agent object. Ports built twice on one object share it.
• The Agent Runtime calls the constructor() on every activation. Each activation therefore has a new Agent object and a new token.
• The harness keeps its in-memory claims on runs and steps per token. A new activation starts without them.
