telnyx-edge tunnel service install installs the tunnel process as a system service, with systemd on Linux and launchd on macOS. The service starts at boot and restarts on failure:

The token is written to a file that only root can read, and nothing else is stored on the host. Installing a system service needs administrator rights. Running the tunnel process does not. status reports the service, and uninstall removes it:

After a token rotation, install with the new token replaces the stored one.
