40315 – Unhealthy 'from' address

A health check was requested on the sending number, which it failed to pass. Recent traffic data on the number is used to determine its outbound success and spam rejection rates. If there is sufficient traffic data, and if the calculated rates do not meet acceptable thresholds, the number will be considered unhealthy.

Sending number {src} (with success rate {success} and spam rejection rate {spam}) did not pass the health check.

40315 – Solutions​

  • Wait at least 24 hours before trying to send from the same number again.
  • Try sending from a different number.
