40305 – Invalid 'from' address

A valid from field must be specified. The value must be a string containing a valid phone number in +E.164 format, a short code, or an alphanumeric sender ID associated with the sending messaging profile.

Alphanumeric sender IDs must be between 1 and 11 characters long, and can only contain ASCII letters, numbers, and spaces. They must contain at least one letter.

40305 – HTTP Status – 400​

The 'from' address should be string containing a valid phone number or alphanumeric sender ID associated with the sending messaging profile.

40305 – Causes​

  • Long codes
    • Not in +E.164 format
    • Not a valid long code
    • Long code is not associated with the messaging profile
  • Alphanumeric sender ID
    • No matching alphanumeric sender ID is associated with the messaging profile
  • Short codes
    • Invalid short code
