# logs

```bash theme={null}
telnyx-acp logs
telnyx-acp logs --since 30m
telnyx-acp logs --type invocations
telnyx-acp logs --tail
```

| Flag | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `--since <dur>` | How far back to read, `1h` by default: a Go duration such as `30m`, `2h`, `1h30m` or `90s`. Over 24 hours is clamped by `telnyx-edge`. |
| `--type <type>` | `runtime`, the default, or `invocations`. |
| `--tail` | Stream the function's new lines live. |

`logs` reads the deployed agent's lines from both the function and the actor, one per line, with the time, the source, `fn` or `actor`, and the level:

```text theme={null}
2026-10-19T19:01:33.314Z  actor  unknown  {"toolCall":"fetch_page","url":"https://wttr.in/Chicago?format=%l:+%C,+%t,+feels+like+%f,+wind+%w&u","ms":1486,"ok":true}
2026-10-19T19:03:42.443Z  fn     unknown  {"voiceWake":"ok","call":"v3:Oajo0rna9Yy7PTZFr0zQ4eWCHIofC4QPWK61nNBZeP0KSlHGgZRs6w","ms":3257}
```

The agent's own events are one JSON object per line, `toolCall`, `voiceWake`, `voiceCall`, `voiceTurn` and `modelStream` among them, so `grep` picks one out. `--type invocations` lists the requests that reached the function and the actor, with the method, the path, the status, the milliseconds and the region; a request on an RPC path is shown as the conversation and the method:

```text theme={null}
2026-10-19T19:01:21.269Z  fn     GET /agents/weather-agent/%2B12369627375?subscribe=messages  200  1768ms  us-east-2
2026-10-19T19:01:21.883Z  actor  __fetch__  10ms
```

`--tail` streams the function's lines only, where reading history includes the actor's too. It has no `--json` form.
